Once tryouts are over, coaches will begin working on compiling their lists and forming their teams. If your player is selected to receive an offer from a La Roca FC team, the phone number on the contact info from registration will receive a text stating to check your email for an offer. You’ll receive the official offer letter via email from Ollie and La Roca FC. This offer will contain the name of the coach and the team you are receiving an offer from as well as the level of play anticipated for that team for ages U12 and up. You can accept or reject the offer by clicking on the link in that email.

Once you accept the offer, you’ll instantly be placed on the correct team on Ollie.  Further communication for registration, uniforms, team meetings, trainings etc. will be in your team chat.

The uniform store will be run by Soccer Post for the 2025-2027 uniform ordering season. After teams are formed team managers will compile contact information and uniform numbers for all players on the team and submit a spreadsheet that can be uploaded so that your player will receive an email with a link to the uniform store. You will then be able to select what uniform kit you would like to purchase for your player and select sizes for every item in that package. Uniforms come in youth, women’s and men’s sizing. You will also have the opportunity to pay to have the uniforms shipped directly to you or pick up for free at one of their 2 store locations.

The uniform store will be open year round for any ordering needs you may have.
