La Roca players received a wealth of great information at Girls College Night on October 29, 2019. Former La Roca player and current BYU midfielder, Mikayla Colohan, shared her insights about what makes her successful on and off the field: live in the present, focus on the little details and have fun doing them, be grateful and humble. Mikayla explained that La Roca prepared her in every way to play soccer in college, and admitted that

“College soccer is supper hard, but it’s also super fun.”

Will Pridemore, Compliance Director at Weber State University, explained NCAA requirements, and advised players to check out all the information at the NCAA Eligibility Center’s website, eligibilitycenter.org.
