Dear La Roca FC family – first and foremost, we wish you and your family a very happy holiday season!  We are thrilled to be announcing the kick-off of our annual Christmas humanitarian drive. This year our focus will be on the children at Rancho de los Ninos orphanage in Mexico.
The orphanage exists to break the cycle of abuse and neglect for orphaned and vulnerable children.  Children in unsafe conditions or who have been deserted need a safe place to be while efforts are made to discover ideal options for that child, such as family reunification, foster care, adoption, or otherwise.  The programs taking place at the Ranch are to ensure that there are indeed safe places for children to be cared for.
These children range in from infants to 18 years old. They have nothing. Until just a few short months ago, they only had a dirt area to play until a generous donation built them their own cement court with plywood walls. They love to play the beautiful game of soccer just as much as our La Roca players but lack the basics to play. With your help, we can ensure that there are safe places for all children as they begin the path toward stable families and a stable future.
Items needed for donation (boys or girls ranging in ages 0-18)
