La Roca FC coaches and players had the extraordinary experience of participating in training and games with the Borussia Dortmund Academy.
La Roca hosted its annual La Roca College Night with the participation of college coaches from BYU, SUU, Utah, USU, UVU, WSU and Westminster College. Also, Real Salt Lake midfielder Luke Mulholland gave an inspiring speech. Thank you Luke and coaches for participating!

La Roca provides the highest level of training, competition and commitment to our players available in Utah. We consistently send many of our players to play in college and professional academies.
State and National Champs: In 2015, La Roca put 10 teams into the spring state cup finals and took home 8 titles, four of which won regional cup finals and advanced to national championships. In 2016, La Roca had two teams win their national level leagues.

Our RECREATION program has a dual focus. First, it will provide a fun soccer experience for your child. Second, it will ensure your child is taught correct soccer skills.
Coaches are volunteer and are professionally trained by the La Roca staff. Coaches also receive weekly support on how to train and what to teach as part of the skills focused curriculum.
